Mitsubishi Motors Corporation has changed the name of its new global city model, which in practice means that it has been decided that the new Mirage sold in Europe as the Mitsubishi Space Star. The new model is based on the old chassis, but with a lot of details that are changed at first glance little notice. Much is expected from this small vehicle.
As a reminder, Mitsubishi is the European version of the car unveiled at last year’s Paris Motor Show (then as the Mitsubishi Mirage), while in Geneva next month, visitors will be able for the first time to see him as the Mitsubishi Space Star. Space Star is the city’s 5-door hatchback that drive the 1.0 and 1.2 liter petrol engines, and there are start / stop system and regenerative braking force.
1.0L three-cylinder has 52 kW/70KS and 88 Nm of torque (from 0-100 km / h in 13.6 s, consumption 4.0 l/100 km, CO2 emissions are 92 g / km), while the 1.2-liter engine has 59 kW/79KS and 105 Nm (11.7 seconds to mph, fuel consumption 4.1 l/100 km, CO2 emissions are 96 g / km). Carisma is 3710 mm long, 1665 mm wide, 1490 mm high, wheelbase is 2450 mm, the base model weighs 845 kg, and the boot capacity is 245 liters.
